Events hosted by The Society for Asphalt Technology – Terms and Conditions
- The Society for Asphalt Technology is a non-profit organisation that acts in the interests of its members and the asphalt industry. As such, we strive to charge affordable fees for members and non-members to attend our professional events with the aim of furthering excellence and education in all aspects of asphalt at a low cost. The fees cover costs associated with hosting the event. Therefore, in the interests of ensuring that our events remain professional and add the requisite value, we are unable to reimburse fees to individuals who have registered and paid for an event and are unable to attend. Neither will companies be reimbursed for fees paid on behalf of their representatives who fail to attend events.
- If you have registered and paid for an event which you are unable to attend, you will be entitled to receive a recording of the event, as well as any presentations by speakers at the event to which the Society for Asphalt Technology has access. Further discussion with presenters may be requested and facilitated by the Society within reason. Such discussions will be at the discretion of the presenter.
