NOTIFICATION OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In terms of Section 6 of the Constitution of the Society, you are hereby advised that the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Society for Asphalt Technology will be held both in-person and via a Zoom online meeting on Thursday 28th May 2026.
This will follow immediately after a technical workshop, the details of which will be shared with you in due course.
The AGM meeting will start at the time mentioned in the forthcoming advert for the above mentioned workshop. Please look out for this notification.
The AGM will proceed according to the following agenda:
1. 15-minute informal discussion for members who wish to re-connect and chat.
2. Annual General Meeting
3. Approval of the minutes of the 32nd AGM held virtually and in-person on 29th May 2025.
4. Matters arising from 32nd AGM.
5. A short report by the President of the Society.
6. Presentation of the audited 2025 Financial Statements.
7. Discussion of the 2025 finances.
8. Budget for 2026.
9. Administrative issues o Amendments to the Constitution;
10. Approval of 2027 membership subscription fees;
11. Approval and reappointment of auditors; o Confirmation of office bearers for 2026/2027; o General.
12. Membership issues
13. Questions and answers/Any other business.
Your attendance and input are important to the continuing well-being of SAT and we urge you to make every effort to attend.
The on-line Zoom link will be included with the wokshop invitation (coming soon) to attend the accompanying workshop.
