Members of Council

SAT is managed by a national executive committee consisting of the president, vice president, honorary secretary and honorary treasurer.

The interests of members are managed by a national Council including the executive committee, the past president, four elected regional chairpersons and the operations manager, who is responsible for day-to-day management of the Society.

The executive director of Sabita is appointed to the Council in an ex officio capacity.

Issues such as membership, finance, marketing, technology exchange and development, and education and training programmes are managed at regional level under Council guidance. Regional committees are elected annually.
